It was important to me to find a more holistically minded dentist, so much so that I was willing to make a more than hour long commute to do so. On first impression, I was in love with this office. The staff were warm and friendly, the office cozy and comfortable. Unfortunately, that is where my pleasant experience began and ended. My family sat in the waiting room for nearly an hour before being seen - something I'd have overlooked on its own, even after another patient arrived after us & went back before us. When we were finally brought back, we waited another 10+ minutes for the doctor. When he did arrive, he took a look in my daughter's mouth and informed me he could not help me. That was it. No references or anything. I thought okay, well, I will have them clean my other children's teeth and get established. They set me up appointments for two months out. Lo and behold, the week prior to our visit My children got sick. My appointment was set for 9am Monday, Feb 3. The morning of Thursday January 30th I received a pneumonia diagnosis for one of my girls and at noon that day I asked to cancel. I was told I would be charged $150 for cancelling less than 48 business hours in advan

My family & I have been patients for over 20 years. I have never had a complaint or bad experience with Dr. Zimmer or his staff. Always greeted with positive and friendly office staff, followed with the same enthusiasm until you leave. Dr. Z is very talented at his work and he has made his practice a priority to assuring gentle dentistry with a talented team that all work together, making you feel very comfortable no matter what type of work you’re needing done! I’m very grateful to have found them when I did :)

Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Zimmer. I am beyond happy with my experience. The Dr.’s assistant, Brittany who did my cleaning was so nice, friendly and down to earth yet professional. Dr. Zimmer was very kind, welcoming and informative and I could tell he really cares for his clients health and needs from the experience I had with him. I cannot wait to get started on my metal filling extractions, he gave me some sources for proper detox protocol and I am confident that he knows what he’s doing from the passion that comes from him on this topic! Also all the other staff were super warm and friendly! Highly recommend.
